A primeira metade de 2020 foi transformadora para mim.
No clima de hostilidade que se vive entre os seres humanos, comovi-me com a forma como um pouco por todo o país se auto-organizaram grupos de apoio mútuo para fazer face à crise social resultante da epidemia de COVID-19. Continuamos a provar que há muito mais no ser humano para além da ganância e do ódio.
A todos vós, que praticais a solidariedade e o amor:
Este álbum é vosso.

Estes 8 temas foram compostos e gravados por mim de março a julho de 2020.
A cada um deles –com exceção de “Seara” e Cousteau's Theme- corresponde uma planta autóctone em solo português.
A ideia é criar um ambiente de reflexão sobre o nosso lugar individual e coletivo no Universo.
Estas músicas são de exaltação da natureza, mas são também um grito de amor a todas as formas de vida que insistem a lutar umas pelas outras.
Quando resistir é vencer, a vitória é inevitável.

The first half of 2020 was transformative for me.
In the climate of hostility among human beings, I was moved by the way in which, throughout the country, self-organizing support groups were organized to face the social crisis resulting from the COVID-19 epidemic. We continue to prove that there is much more to humans than greed and hatred.
To all of you who practice solidarity and love:
This album is yours.

These 8 tracks were composed and recorded by me from March to July 2020.
Each of them - with the exception of “Seara” and Cousteau's Theme- corresponds to an indigenous plant on Portuguese soil.
The idea is to create an environment for reflection on our individual and collective place in the Universe.
These songs are exaltation of nature, but they are also a cry of love for all forms of life that insist on fighting for each other.
When resisting is winning, victory is inevitable.
